Ball Barrage was an Event in Tower Defense Simulator.
It takes place in the 2023 in the TDS universe, where a group of strange creatures known as "Balls" have come to invade the TDS World. It is said the Balls have one God Cube shard that they own that somehow flung out in outer space and landed onto the planet where the Balls reside. The shard unfortunately crash landed as a meteor and coincidentally hit the Ball Kingdom, destroying many parts of it and killing a lot of the citizens, Ballicus, as the King of the place, in an enragement, demanded revenge on those who sent it (not knowing it wasn't the T.D.S organization.) and gathered an army to travel to the planet where TDS resides to get payback as that's where they calculated the shard came from. Enemies are of course ball-like creatures with the boss, Ballicus Bouncdite leading the smaller balls into battle. The Event started on January 17th and ended on March 2nd. The Event Tower you can get from beating the Event is the Shifter.
The balls seem to be able to take on many human-like specialties, such as acting and wielding weapons, they also have many elemental forms and properties, signaling that they are an advanced species with a language similar to humans on the TDS world.
