Lorem Ipsum, Story Mode remaster coming sooooooonnnnn!!

Description[]

The Necromancer King is the an enemy exclusive to the Hardcore and Story Modes respectively. It is also last enemy in Story Mode's "mid game." Its health totals up to 80,000. It behaves similar to the Necromancer boss, as it can summon up to 12 mysteries and enemies summoned by it will be immune to damage for around a second. This enemy can become a threat when left too long. It also has more health than the Molten boss, Mechanical Rot and Frost Hero.

Boss Theme[]

Appearance[]

The Necromancer King's attire is entirely black. It has a dark purple torso and legs. It's torso has a purple neon symbol of a skull on it, possibly meaning something more significant. It dons two black granite skull pauldrons with a purple, granite.. thing coming out of them. It wears a short cape, has a black cloak and a black and dark purple collar. It wears a black crown adorned with four purple horns. It has black shoes and its skin is dark purple and reflective.

Strategy[]

  • Due to its high health and enemies it spawns, the Necromancer King must be dealt with as soon as possible.
    • High DPS towers, such as the Ranger and Turret can deal with the Necromancer King.
      • Rangers having their targeting set to Strongest can deal massive damage to the Necromancer King, combined with the Commander's Call to Arms ability.
      • Turrets can deal with the enemies spawned from the boss, as its damage and firerate can defeat all of the enemies spawned.
        • Minigunners can also quickly deal with the summoned enemies.
      • The Accelerator can lock onto the Necromancer King, though summoned enemies from the Necromancer King can get past multiple Accelerators.
  • The Rocketeer and Mortar can deal with the enemies spawned and the Necromancer King at the same time because to their splash damage. Due to their slow firerate, they are best paired with the Commander.
  • Units from the Military Base can deal with the Necromancer King, through their collision.
  • While the Toxic Gunner can be used to slow down the Necromancer King, due to its large size, they barely do any justice.

Trivia[]

  • The Necromancer King and the Frost Hero are tied for the highest health enemy that isn't a boss.
  • The Necromancer King is based off of the Summoner from Tower Blitz.
  • The canonical name for the Necromancer King is Jo.
  • The Necromancer King is also the largest non-major boss enemy, reaching up to about two thirds of the Fallen King's height.
